女人有些部位越醜越健康 !

導語：愛美的mm總是會對自己身體上的算不上美的部位發愁，但是其實有些部位，越醜越說明你的身體很健康。多項科學研究顯示，一些身體部位的“缺陷”實際上是對健康非常有益的。

一、屁股大心腦血管好

屁股大心血管好
多項研究顯示，臀部大的人體內“壞膽固醇”水平更低，“好膽固醇”水平更高，因而心腦血管硬化的幾率較小。臀部脂肪可以中和有害的脂肪酸，而且還包含著防止動脈堵塞的抗炎症素。英國牛津大學研究還發現，大屁股的人患糖尿病的風險也很低。

一項跨國研究報告指出，豐臀配上纖腰可能是避免心臟病發作的最佳保障，腰圍與臀圍的比例較身體質量指數（BMI）更能預測心臟病發作的幾率。最危險的是那些腹部肥胖的人，也就是被稱為蘋果形身材的人。這部分人的脂肪細胞堆積在腹腔內主要器官周圍，影響血糖代謝，容易引起血脂、膽固醇、甘油三酯異常。這些都是引發心腦血管疾病的主要危險因素。

二、長痣多老得慢

長痣多老得慢
身上痣多不僅難看，而且會使皮膚癌危險增加10倍。 但另一方面，倫敦大學國王學院科學家最新完成的研究表明，與無痣者相比，多痣的人一般比實際年齡年輕6-7歲，而且患心臟病及骨質疏松症等衰老性疾病的幾率比較低。

同時他們還發現，身上痣長得較多的人要比皮膚光滑潔白的人年輕好幾歲。痣多的人染上衰老性疾病的幾率要比同齡人低的原因是：染色體端位上的端粒起著生物 鐘的作用，身上痣的數量超過100顆的人，他們的端粒通常比痣數量低于25顆的人要長。這種端粒長度上的差異意味著他們之間會有6-7年的年齡差距。

三 、乳房小脊柱更挺拔

乳房小脊柱更挺拔
土耳其研究人員發現，乳房越大，尤其是D罩杯以上的人，越容易出現上背痛及脊柱彎曲，乳房小的人則不會。從性愛角度來說，小乳房對愛撫的敏感度比大乳房更強。

過大的乳房會影響正常的脊柱生理曲度和受力點，“過重”的乳房讓脊柱發生變化，因此，胸部大的女性一定要戴合適的胸罩，運動時最好穿束身胸罩，減輕背部負擔。

四、鼻子大不易得感冒
　　美國愛荷華大學研究發現，鼻子越大，吸入灰塵等污染物的幾率反而會減少，其抵禦有害病菌的能力也更強，因此鼻子大的人很少得感冒或流感。

鼻子大小與呼吸狀況大有關係。鼻翼較寬、鼻梁高挺，說明你的呼吸器官發達，能呼吸到足量空氣；但在污染嚴重的地方，你也會吸入過多廢氣。如果鼻翼嬌小， 表明你的呼吸功能較弱，不透風的地方會讓你氣短、胸悶。在辦公室待一到兩個小時，就應該去樓梯間或窗邊呼吸五分鐘新鮮空氣，以防缺氧。

丹麥一項為期12年、涉及3000名男子的研究顯示，大腿周長 60厘米 以上、腿部肌肉強壯者，早亡和患心臟病風險大大降低。研究人員認為，大腿圍的長度可能和心肌的重量成正比；大腿越細，心肌重量也較輕。

大腿的肉是保健肉，當它們被破壞時，這些肥肉會釋放出大量細胞因子，導致身體內部炎症，而這些炎症則很有可能引發心血管疾病、胰島素抗體和糖尿病。

六、腳趾短跑得快

英國最新研究指出，人類進化過程中腳趾變短是為了跑得更快。 長腳趾牽涉肌肉及骨骼更多，因而跑步費勁，減振效果也差。

加拿大卡爾加裏大學人類學家坎貝爾·羅廉在研究中發現，善于奔跑的動物，其腳趾都非常短。羅廉說，當一只腳騰空，另一只腳落地時，人體重量的1/2-3 /4都會落在前面一只腳上。平常走路時，人們並沒有什麼感覺，但是奔跑時，腳趾就必須承擔更大的推進力。腳趾越長，運動時需要的能量就越多，肌肉負荷會更 大，既影響爆發力，又影響耐力。

七、耳朵大老了不失聰

耳朵大不易因衰老失聰
生物醫學專家拉爾夫- 霍爾姆 博士表示，人的外耳越大，耳道獲得聲音就越清晰，因此大耳朵的人很少因衰老而失聰。理論上講外耳廓大的人聽力要好些，是因為它收集聲波的面積大。

八、平足腿部受傷少

平足腿部受傷少
美國最新研究發現，平足的人腳和腿部受傷少，20%足弓高的人受傷危險比平足者高6倍。足弓弧度太高，難以貼近地面。扁平足的人，應選擇鞋底有拱墊、鞋跟較硬的鞋，否則易患足底筋膜炎；高足弓的人應選用更柔軟的鞋墊或氣墊，減少震蕩對腳部的傷害。
