行政院會今天(12/6)通過「多層次傳銷管理法草案」
　　公平會表示，如果多層次傳銷事業的傳銷商以介紹他人參加為主要收入來源，之後參加的傳銷商必定因無法找到足夠的人頭而造成經濟損失、引發社會問題，因此多層次傳銷管理法明定傳銷不得以介紹他人參加為主要收入來源，違反者最高可處7年徒刑，併科新台幣1億元的罰金

　　行政院長陳冲指出，隨著人際關係快速擴展，有必要立法規範傳銷組織。行政院發言人鄭麗文：『(原音)許多變質不法的多層次傳銷行為往往造成嚴重社會問題，因此有必要建構完整的多層次傳銷管理法制，加強傳銷事業的管理與監督。』

結婚，到底是為了什麼？

越來越多的男人討不到老婆
因為越來越多女人不想結婚
女人說：

我想偶爾跟朋友出去，不想失去單身的自由;
我想高興吃什麼就吃什麼，不想變成理所當然的煮飯婆;
我想花錢打扮自己讓自己開心，不想每天想著要怎麼省來貼補家用;

結了婚，當然要以家庭為重，不能老是往外跑;
結了婚，當然要入得了廚房，洗手做羹湯;
結了婚，當然要為兩人的未來打拼，分擔家計;
結了婚，當然要把我的家人當作你的家人一樣;
結了婚，當然要做好老婆的本份 - 照顧好老公，

所以女人不懂...
那我結婚到底是為了什麼？

我愛你跟你說過的愛我一樣多，
可是結了婚，我卻要改變那麼多只為了當你的老婆，
我只能有你這一個朋友，還要當個抓住你的胃的煮飯婆，
你有工作，不一定會養我，只因為我也有自己的工作，
你娶了我只是身邊多一個人，我嫁給你身邊卻是多了一家子人，
你們都過著習慣的生活，我卻要捨棄我習慣過的生活。

但是男人也抱怨：
為了娶老婆我也是很辛苦，
我要有車子，要養房子，還要準備聘金還有鑽石戒指，
我省吃儉用一輩子，為了娶老婆還要一直減少存款數字，
況且當人家老婆，本來就是這個樣子，
要認命的持家，還要相夫教子......

因為雙方都這麼辛苦，
所以越來越多女人不想結婚。
既可以讓男人保有存款數字，
也不會讓女人變成像是花錢請來的保姆，

所以男人啊，當你有天想問女人為什麼不想結婚時，
請先幫女人想想，跟你結婚有什麼好的呢？

女人因為婚姻
得拋下自己的父母，來照顧男人的父母。
但男人不用

得挺個又重又大的球十個月，
只為了替男人生下一個跟男人姓的下一代;
還得承受生完小孩後的體質變差，身材變形的後遺症，
但男人不用

得放棄一卡車追求他的好男人，
並埋沒了最美的青春;
但男人卻不為青春所懼，反而愈老愈值錢

女人因為婚姻
得放棄父母給她二十多年的姓，
被冠上某某'太太'二字;
但男人沒變。

女人因為婚姻
得早上上班，晚上煮飯做家事帶小孩，
有工作也有家事的壓力;
但男人沒差，反而多了個賺錢的人和不用給薪的女傭。

女人因為婚姻
得去適應一個完全不同的家庭和面對男人的親友團批評，
女人如果試圖尋求男人的保護時，
換來的是...男人不僅沒有保護他的女人，
反而一起落井下石...在一個女人孤力無援的環境裡。

男人啊
若在您的身邊有這樣的一個傻女人時，
請當她的笨男人，好好的珍惜她，照顧她吧
別忘了，她不是天生就該來照顧你們全家大小的，

貝果的由來

　　據說古代的基督徒社會裡，圓形的麵包（古代的主教石棺畫中常有圓體的麵食）便是貝果最早的前身。後來於西元1683年，一位奧地利維也納的烘焙師為了表達對波蘭皇從土耳其的入侵中解救奧地利的敬意，特別用酵母發酵的麵糰做成了最早的貝果圓圈餅。為什麼會做成這種形狀呢？因為波蘭皇的騎術非常好，所以奧地利的烘焙師就把貝果做成像馬蹬的外形，而奧地利文的馬蹬就是Beugel，意為圓滿之意。之後貝果就在東歐廣受歡迎，東歐的猶太人稱為 Buger，在後來的三世紀裡，雖然貝果在各地的名稱不同，但原料和做法都保留傳統沒有改變。




　　到了西元1880年，許多東歐的猶太人為了逃避納粹的屠殺來到美國，
也把他們喜愛的貝果帶來，貝果也把當時猶太移民最多的紐約和
芝加哥緊緊地連繫在一起。猶太人的保守一向是世界有名，
他們為了能保持貝果的傳統與配方，於是以紐約為根據
地成立一個貝果的師傅公會，並嚴格管制製作與販售，
類似現在的專賣制度。只有公會師傅才能製作販賣，
而且此一權力採世襲制只傳授給兒子。這也使貝果麵包
蒙上神秘的色彩！

　　西元1960年初烘焙工業逐漸成熟，機器可取代大量人工，公會壟斷也被打破，於是這個發跡於紐約的猶太圈餅開始傳遍全美各地。之後，80年代由於健康飲食的觀念已成未來主流，於是貝果的低脂、低膽固醇、低發酵受到營養學家的青睞，在紐約的街頭更是處處可見，風行極致。






　　到了今天貝果不再只是猶太人的常見早餐，而是一種沒有種族之分的通俗早餐，也成全美各地許多人最喜愛的麵食之一。到了西元 1920 年市面出了新產品“ Cream Cheese”，從此 Cream Cheese就和Bagel成了最佳搭配。

貝果最大的特色就是在烘烤之前先用沸水將成形的麵糰略煮過。經過這道步驟之後貝果就
產生一種特殊的韌性和風味。貝果的食用方式相當多樣，可蒸熱，或
再烘烤，亦可微波加熱。橫切成二個圓，塗抹喜歡的果醬或奶油、
調味醬，再搭配其他生鮮蔬果。當然亦可夾上煙燻火腿片或雞肉，更有異國風味。
